These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bulletproof website at https://bulletproofai.tech (the “Site”) and any consultations, communications, or services we provide through it (together, the “Services”). The Site and Services are operated by Bulletproof Inc. (“Bulletproof”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the Site, booking a consultation, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

3. The Services

The Site lets you learn about what we do and book an introductory consultation with our team. Any work we carry out for you beyond an initial consultation will be governed by a separate written agreement (for example, a proposal, statement of work, or services contract). Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement applies to that work.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you confirm that you meet these requirements and, if you are using them on behalf of an organisation, that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
• introduce malicious code or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Site; or

6. Bookings and consultations

Consultations are scheduled through our third-party booking provider. When you book, you agree to provide accurate details and to attend at the scheduled time. Consultations are provided for general information only and do not create any obligation on either party to enter into further work.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the Bulletproof name and branding — are owned by Bulletproof Inc. or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the Site for your own informational use. All other rights are reserved.

8. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and tools that we do not control, such as our scheduling and hosting providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.
